For payments, we accept checks, Visa and MasterCard, Discover and American Express made to Alaska Denali Travel in US funds.
PAYMENT/DEPOSIT: A deposit of $250 per person or payment of the full amount of the reservation, whichever is smaller, is due at time of reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to tour departure. Tours booked within 45 days of departure require full payment before reservations can be confirmed. CANCELLATION CHARGES: Charges will be based on the date which cancellation notice is received. Exceptions apply. More than 45 days notice prior to tour departure: no charge. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the tour/activity/package start date forfeit the entire deposit.
EXCEPTIONS: Kenai River Sportfishing Lodge: More than 120 days prior to departure - cancellation fee of lesser of $200 per person or 10% of total. 120 to 91 days prior to departure - cancellation fee of lesser of $400 per person or 20% of total. 90 to 36 days - cancellation fee of 50% of total. Within 35 days - cancellation fee of 100% of total. Alaska Railroad: 8+ days before travel: 10% cancellation fee, 7 days or less before travel: Non-changeable, non-refundable Cruises: Individual Cruise Lines Cancellation Policies applies
CHANGES TO RESERVATION: After confirmation of your vacation, we can assist with changes to your reservation. Activities or nights can be added to your reservation for no fee. However, any date changes or individual activity cancellations will incur a fee of $25 per booking. Please note: any changes will be limited to the policies and charges set by our service partners and will be applied to your reservation. If a documentation package has been sent prior to changes, a surcharge will apply to your reservation.
Cancellation Fee Waiver (CFW): Life is full of uncertainties! Our remote locations and the extremely short season of Alaska make travel insurance a necessity. We offer a Cancellation Fee Waiver for the portion of your trip booked with us at the cost of only 4.8% of your total invoice. This allows you to cancel your trip with us up to 48 hours prior to the start of your package and you will receive a full refund for the services. Cancellations must be made in written form via Email, Fax or Letter. The total amount of the CFW is itemized and added to your payment. CFW is available for purchases up to 45-days prior to the start of your package. You may decline the CFW, however when not purchased, any cancellation will be subject to our Payment & Cancellation Policy.
